Pets on Divorce. New working group set up by Sarah Lucy Cooper.

In an interview with Teresa Cullen (Partner at Fladgate), Sarah Lucy Cooper discusses her experience of the treatment of pets in family court disputes, and the establishment of a new working group - Pets on Divorce.

The working group, which aims to bring about change in this area, has been founded by Sarah together with Estella Newbold-Brown (Head of Family Law at Amphlett Lissimore Solicitors).
