Our GDPR and Information Security Team provide advice, representation and legal support on a broad range of GDPR issues. Members of the Team are grounded in a broad range of legal disciplines, including commercial, employment, family, regulatory and criminal law. This enables us to provide GDPR and Information Security legal services across the board, from advising on compliance with GDPR rules and drafting policies to representing clients in all forms of GDPR/Information Security litigation as well as responding to and defending enforcement actions and prosecutions.
