Thomas More Chambers adopts a pro-active and involved approach to pupillage. Our policy is to recruit only those we consider to be potential future tenants, and we have tended not to offer junior tenancies to applicants who have not completed pupillage within Chambers.

 

Chambers is a member of the OLPAS centralised pupillage selection organisation. We recruit within the OLPAS summer season. We offer one 12 month pupillage per annum. This is funded with an award of £6,000 in the first six months, and a guaranteed income of a further £6,000 during the working second six.

 

Pupils can expect to experience a comprehensive cross-section of Chambers' areas of work, attached to at least two pupil supervisors.
