Wide experience of advocacy at all levels of Court and advises on all aspects of family law. Regularly instructed in ancillary relief claims, including family business cases, and both public and private Children Act cases. Has lectured on ancillary relief to Solicitors.
Wide experience in criminal law in cases from fraud to murder. Frequently instructed in drugs importation cases and civil Customs and Excise confiscation proceedings. Often undertakes trials of allegations of sexual abuse and experienced in demands of cross-examination of children.
