The Employment Law Section of Thomas More Chambers provides a full complement of employment law services ranging from representation, for both Claimants and Respondents in the Trbunal and courts to legal advice on all areas of employment law and drafting (from contracts of employment to settlement agreements).

Respondents that have been represented by members of Thomas More Chambers include: Anglian Water, Dyno-Rod, the London Borough of Ealing, the London Borough of Newham, London & Manchester Assurance, as well as a number of City stockbroking and investment firms. Claire Palmer is a member of the Attorney General's C Panel advocates specialising in employment law.

Thomas More Chambers also provides a number of "extra curricular" employment law services and activities. The Employment Law Newsletter is a free, bullet point round up of key statutory and judicial developments which is principally communicated to subscribers by email. Previous editions appear in the newsletter section of this website.

The aim is to provide busy practitioners with an "at a glance" round up of news in this constantly changing legal arena. Thomas More Chambers is also developing and presenting seminars on various aspects of employment law, both for solicitors involved in this field of litigation and for employer clients (and potential clients) of solicitors.
