Victoria has a varied immigration, asylum and nationality practice, with a particular emphasis on commercial immigration. Her work is varied and includes appeals and applications in the following areas:-

- Nationality
- Entry clearance
- Habeas corpus
- Work permits
- Eastern European and Turkish association agreements
- Highly skilled migrant programme
- Business and investor applications
In recent years there has been a significant growth in commercial immigration as foreign nationals seek to work and/or establish businesses in the United Kingdom. In conjunction with chambers employment team Victoria has provided training to employers on their legal obligations to prevent illegal working.
Victoria has represented clients at all levels, Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal.
Family
Victoria has a varied family practice, with a particular emphasis on cases with an international dimension, both ancillary relief and Children Act matters.
Victoria is particularly interested in representing clients from ethnic minorities. She is aware of the need to alert courts to different cultural and social values within the family context.
