EXPERIENCE

Faisal Saifee has a broad common law practice. His practice comprises a range of civil and criminal work. He  is regularly instructed in fast track and multi track trials. Faisal acts in a range of residential and commercial property cases and has recently been involved in a number of injunctive relief cases. Faisal advises and acts at all stages of employment cases. He is regularly involved at all stages of personal injury work.
